It rained in Aba Abia state Today and after the rain which lasted  for an hour, had stop,  flood took over the streets of Ariara Market, One of the biggest market in that state And from what I learnt, the traders doing their business on that street were taxed heavily by the clueless Governor of The State, Ochendo T.A Orji before he  reconstructed  the road last year
