Photo: University of Abuja Female Undergraduate , Afoke, Killed by Hit & Run Driver

A female undergraduate of the University of Abuja, identified simply as Afoke and pictured above, lost her life two hours ago after she was hit by a car in front of the permanent site along Airport road.


According to eyewitness reports, the accident was as a result of the hit and run car being on high speed and lack of speed bumps in front of the campus. Afoke died on the spot and as I write, barely 10 hours after her last tweet on earth, her remains are in a mortuary lying stone  cold. Ironically  Her project defence was even today.
