Kim Kardashian Poses Naked to Prove She's Pregnant

Tuesday morning, Kim Kardashian, who’s currently five-months pregnant with her second child with husband Kanye West, posted her own version of Hollywood’s ubiquitous nude prenatal pose (first made famous by Demi Moore and Annie Leibovitz in 1991).

Kardashian’s photo, of course, is a selfie, which she apparently took and posted on Instagram in order to shut up all those haters who are claiming she’s faking her “condition.”

Some days I’m photographed before I eat & I look smaller, some days I’ve just eaten & I look bigger,” she continued. “I think you all know me well enough to know I would document the process if I got a surrogate.” Kim wrote in the post

Kardashian added that she’s thankful not to have preeclampsia — a condition that sidelined her during her pregnancy with North West.

As fans (and critics) may remember, Kim received a lot of negative attention for her weight gain in 2013 when she was pregnant with her daughter, North West. She has since done multiple infamous full-frontal nude photo shoots for Paper magazine and Love magazine to show off her curvaceous body.

The full Quote that accompanied the Picture , “First they say I’m too skinny so I have to be faking it…Now they say I’m too big so I have to be faking it…SMH! Some days I’m photographed before I eat & look smaller, some days I’ve just eaten & I look bigger. It’s all a part of the process. I think you all know me well enough to know I would document the process if I got a surrogate. Everyone’s body is different, every pregnancy is very different! I’ve learned to love my body at every stage! I’m going to get even bigger & that’s beautiful too! I’m blessed to even be pregnant & even luckier to not have preeclampsia as far as I know, so I don’t have the swelling issue this time! They also say your body carries a boy different than a girl! Whatever the case may be I’m grateful to God for this miracle & no matter what rumors or comments you throw my way this time they truly don’t affect me!”

To drive her point home, she hashtagged the pic “#NoFilter #NoPhotoShop #GoodLighting”

It is reminiscent of the nude pregnancy shoot Kardashian’s older sister, Kourtney, did for DuJour Magazine in late 2014, when she was pregnant with her third child, son Reign. (Kourtney and her ex-love Scott Disick are also parents to son Mason, 5, and daughter Penelope, 3.)
