Nigerian Fans Attack Adaeze Yobo on Instagram

Yobo Adaeze Replies Critics With Class

Following the defeat of Nigeria’s Super Eagles by the French team, Nigerian fans have been frustrated and agitated on social media.

While some showed their disappointment via witty jokes as shown  In this article some others  went to social media photo sharing app Instagram to insult Adaeze Yobo, the wife of Joseph Yobo, a defender and Captain of the Super Eagles who scored an own goal in the match.

Below is the troll from Yobo's wife Instagram page

Let’s report Adaeze’s IG as spam that way we won’t see Yobo’s face for awhile‘, commented an @KingUcheUdoh.  and ‘Rotfl…I actually didn’t notice yobo during this world cup competition until now..dude sealed d deal..@adaezeyobo no mind dem jare‘ – @juxsugar.

Others went as extreme as  ‘you are disgrace to your family and Nigeria entirely‘ – @nashawnhunt and @sketch_aj wrote ‘I think you need leave your man he isn’t loyal‘.

Adaeze Yobo took the whole thing in her stride, posted the  photo below and then left her haters with this message:

"All you hateful people that didn’t even realise it was own goal at first Heck, most of y’ll didn’t even watch that last minute part of the match that’s if Nepa gave yu light to watch the game at all"
