26 Feared Dead As Fresh Bomb Explosions Rock Jos

 Twin bomb explosions have occurred in central Jos, the capital of Plateau State, with 26 Victims feared dead , residents and police have said.

One resident said the blasts occurred at about 6.30 p.m. Thursday near a busy motor park, operated by state-owned Plateau Riders.

An outlet of popular fast food line, Mr. Biggs, is also located near the scene of the attack.

The casualty figures are yet unclear, residents said.

The Plateau State police spokesperson, Emmanuel Abu, confirmed the attack, the News Agency of Nigeria, reports.
