So on Sunday June 21 at Protea Hotel, Ikeja GRA, Lagos, a room filled with some of the brightest young Nigerian business minds was addressed by the duo of Tobias and Titus Igwe, young entrepreneurs and owners of Speed Meals Mobile Kitchen.

Titus and Tobias Igwe founded Speedmeals Mobile Kitchen.

As expected, there were countless thought-provoking nuggets shared during their session.

But in the interest of brevity, here are seven of the most profound success lessons encapsulated by quotes.

Money is not important. When we started, we didn’t have the money.

KEHINDE ADEDEJI, PRESIDENT, JCI LAGOS CITY, TITUS AND TOBIAS IGWE, FOUNDERS OF SPEED MEALS MOBILE KITCHEN

Your current situation should not stop you from dreaming. At some point in our lives, we were working as office cleaners and also running a free lesson programme in church for young children. We never even imagined we’ll be running this.

We started our business with N50,000 only. Invest your first money well.

It’s all in your hands. Life presents the circumstances, and you either accept the opportunity to transform your life or not.

Give room for failure because failure is a part of success. Success can’t be defined without failure. Don’t be afraid of failure.

The best way to be successful is to give.

Dreams are free. We all can become whatever we choose to be. It’s allowed to dream big.
