former Justice of the Supreme Court and father of weird musician , Charly Boy, Justice
Chukwudifo Oputa is dead.
He died today after illness.
Recall that the erudite retired justice was down with Stroke
He was born in Oguta on 22nd
September 1924.. He was aged 96
